When a crisis like the BP Oil Spill hits, the pressures can be high to downplay the facts.

 

Join us on the anniversary of the BP Oil Spill for a look at the conflicting demands placed on communicators during a crisis and how to handle these demands ethically.  The BP Oil Spill will be used as a case study to encourage discussion of lessons learned and how BP could have handled the crisis differently.
