Biography
Annette Malkin founded Culturewise Collective in 2019 and has since been helping emerging companies and nonprofit organizations create their brand identity, develop social good strategies as well as generate awareness and press coverage in a meaningful way. She began her career in New York City and has primarily worked in the alcohol beverage category supporting brands such as Tequila Don Julio, Zacapa Rum as well as several E&J Gallo Winery brands. For nearly a decade she focused on cross cultural marketing, particularly U.S. Hispanic campaigns supporting brands like Amazon, Tabasco, Zyrtec, Buchanan's, to name a few.
Annette is passionate about inclusive marketing and creating equity campaigns that mirror the communities we live in, set brands apart and engage consumers by generating publicity and driving social conversations. As the principal of Culturewise, she's able to apply her experience of working with Fortune 500 companies and her big agency thinking and counsel small to mid-size companies and organizations looking to scale their business through integrated communication efforts.
Annette currently lives in Miami with her husband and two children. She's active in the local PR and arts community serving on the PRSA Miami and HPRA Miami Boards as well as the Miami Arts and Business Council MAMP committees.
