ENDOWMENT FUND LUNCHEON

We are very excited to gather once again with our fellow PRSA Miami members and PR professionals at the annual Ev Clay/PRSA Miami Chapter Endowment Fund Luncheon, taking place on Friday, October 4, 2024, at the Rusty Pelican. We are looking forward to celebrating 37 years of helping to advance our profession! On this special day, we will once again honor some of our city’s finest PR professionals and future industry leaders.

Our Chapter is especially proud to continue our honored tradition of providing deserving students with $30,000 in scholarships for those attending Florida International University, Florida Memorial University, Miami Dade College and the University of Miami. Since its inception, the Ev Clay/PRSA endowment fund, now the largest of any PRSA chapter in the U.S., has awarded $396,500 in scholarships to 193 deserving students.

2024 Ev Clay / PRSA Miami Chapter Endowment Fund Scholarship

We are delighted to share that our annual Ev Clay/PRSA Miami Chapter Endowment Scholarship Fund is now accepting applications for scholarships through August 15.

We are asking that all PRSA Miami members share this news with undergraduate and graduate students (UM, FIU, MDC, FMU) within your network, as this is an incredible opportunity and resource for aspiring PR professionals.

Up to eight winners will receive a $3,750 scholarship toward their studies.

Celebrating PR Excellence: 2024 Professional Awards

We are excited to share that our annual PRSA Miami Chapter Professional Awards are now open! We need your help in nominating industry professionals for the three categories: the PRSA Miami Royal Palm Award, the Bill Adams PRSA Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Bob Ross Communicator to Watch Award.

The deadline to submit nominations is Monday, August 19.
